Hi, i'm Tom Hughes, a video editor and filmmaker from Cambridge, United Kingdom. I have been an editor for 15 years, having fallen in love with post-production at the age of 16; but my love affair with moving images and my desire to be a filmmaker started from around the age of 7. I have lived and breathed film-making for over two thirds of my life and I feel this is what gives me a unique flair as an editor. I am proud of who I am, and I try to put a little piece of myself into every project I work on, whether i'm shooting or editing.

Along my journey I have gained a Bachelors degree in Film and TV Production, and 5 years industry experience at a creative agency, where I worked on a wide variety of projects for some of the biggest companies in the healthcare and life-sciences sectors, including GE Healthcare, Abbott and Sony BioTech; along with curating an expertise in Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve. Leaving no proverbial stone unturned, I have worked on everything from product videos and customer testimonials to podcasts and webinars.
